What is the current delivery time?

The products will be shipped in 4-5 weeks after the order is made.

Why is the delivery time so long?

The products are hand made by us and are made to order.

How long does the shipping take?

The products are sent from Finland. EU customers can expect to receive their products in 3-7 business days after they have received the delivery confirmation email. International shipping is 5-21 business days, depending on the country it's ordered from.

How do I know if a color option is available?

All color options that are in the shop for the product are available at all times, since the product is hand made for the customer.

What are the payment options? 

You can pay with both Mastercard and Visa cards, Paypal will be added. Check in the checkout section if a suitable payment option for you is available.

How do I return a product?

Contact us through the contact form in the Contact menu for returns.

How do I know if my order is received?

You will receive an email to the email address you provided, please check spam email inbox if it's not in your main email inbox. Contact us if you haven't received an email within the hour.

How do I know if shipping is possible to my country?

We ship to EU and International shipping to a few other countries. Check at checkout if shipping is available to your country, you can also contact us if it's possible to ship to your country.

How do I cancel/modify my order?

Use the contact form in the menu Contact. Please specify what you want to modify in your order or which products you want to cancel from your order, if not all.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an order confirmation after going through with your order. In about 3-5 weeks, you will receive in your email the shipping tracking details when the order is sent.
